Varun Menaperam

FOUNDER

Worked as a manager for Fleming Gulf, Edureka, IMTC (Oman), handling international sales and international business development from 2011. His systematic, structured, coherent presentations for IMTC Oman regarding healthcare training were much acclaimed by the organisation as well as the end-users, which paved the way in finding his own passion and skill deep within him; teaching, and worked as an IELTS trainer from 2016 and later as an OET trainer for some organisations and he proved his mettle as a trainer in a short period of time. The opportunities that adequate IELTS/OET training can bring about for the students and professionals in different spheres of lives fascinated him and scarcity of quality training centres, especially online, finally made him introducing his own distinguished organisation, Posh Vibes, with his friends in 2019.

Vishnu Raghavan

Co-Founder

Vishnu is a trainer at Posh Vibes which is an IELTS and OET online training facility. Before being taken to this job he has been in the position of Project Engineer at prestigious companies like CPL Chennai and Amazon Envirotech Bangalore from 2014 to 2018. Vishnu holds a BTech in Mechanical Engineering from NSS College of Engineering Palakkad. 

Nima Mukundan

Co-Founder

Nima is a trainer at Posh Vibes which is an IELTS and OET online training facility since 2018. Prior to that she worked as a Data Validation Associate at Accenture Bangalore. She has masters in Microbiology from Garden city college Bangalore to her credit

Rovino Mathews

CO-FOUNDER

Rovino started her career as a Nurse in Holy Family Hospital Delhi in the year 2013. Later with her dedication to excellence, Mentorship and communication skills, she became an OET trainer. With her expert touch, many nurses and doctors were able to clear OET in the first attempt and were able to reach their dream destinations.
